Overall, if you are looking for a place that is affordable, quiet, clean, close to Baylor and safe, this place checks most of those boxes. Property is a newer apartment complex about 10 minutes from the Baylor campus. However, the property is adjacent to I-35 frontage road. Convenient for on-off the highway, but noisy all day and night. Felt clean and safe. Booking, check-in and ongoing communication were very timely for our stay. Ground floor unit if anyone is nervous about doors in the bedroom. Was not an issue for us, but just another place for noise to come in while sleeping. We had an issue with ants in our unit. The manger was responsive, but unable to resolve the problem during our stay. We had to keep stuff off the floor.

Very clean property with plenty of space for 4 people. Easily accessible to I-35. Host provided detailed instructions. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Only slight negatives that are out of control of the host are the building numbers are hard to see at night and there is some traffic noise since you are next to the interstate.
